Busbar is a kind of metal device made up of copper and aluminum busbar columns, to disperse system elements and distribute higher power. Busbar increasingly replaces electric wires and cables in current indoor low voltage power transmission route projects

Intensive Busbar
Intensive busbar is applicable for AC 3-phase 4-wire and 3-phase 5-wire power supply and distribution systems, frequency 50~60Hz, rated voltage 690V, rated working current 250~5000A. It takes the role of auxiliary equipment of power supply and distribution equipment of industrial and mining enterprises, public institutions and high-rise buildings, especially suitable for workshops and old enterprise renovation.

Structure Features:
1. Phases and connectors of intensive busbar are fixed and tightened by Insulated bolts, as well as copper bars, to effectively increase the contact area of connectors and significantly decrease the temperature rise of connectors.
2. Intensive busbar is a new generation of environment friendly product. Its conducting bars is wrapped with flame-retardant crosslinked polyethylene heat-shrinkable sleeves which has high insulation performance. There is no poisonous gas upon fire disaster.
3. Intensive busbar also features flexible wiring. Many plug interfaces can be set. The power supply system does not need to be changed when the current-using equipment’s position is adjusted.

Air Insulation Busbar
Air insulation busbar is applicable for AC 3-phase 4-wire and 3-phase 5-wire power supply and distribution systems, frequency 50~60Hz, rated voltage 660V and rated working current 250~6000A.

Features:
1. Air insulation busbar takes the role of power distribution, to link the low voltage distribution board with large and medium scale load. It is mainly used in modern workshops, factories and high-rise buildings. The conductor of busbar is made up of high-purity electrolytic copper. The surface of conductor is plated with tin, which increases the resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Then the conductor is wrapped with heat-shrinkable PVC sleeves. Among phases, and between phase and ground, insulating pieces are used to guarantee insulation effect. Copper busbar receives double insulation protection. The insulation performance is significantly increased.
2. The outer shell of air insulation busbar is made up of high-quality high-strength cold rolled steel with beautiful exterior, higher mechanical strength of busbar and stronger dynamic and thermal stability of system, to thoroughly solve the problem of long span installation in the construction site.
3. The plug interface of air insulation busbar is equipped with safety protection barrier, which effectively prevents dust and foreign matters enter into the interface and greatly increases the safety of busbar.
4. The IP code of the outer shell is IP40~IP54.
5. Based on the system requirements, any position of the busbar can be equipped with plug interfaces.

Nonsegregated Phase Busbar
This product features excellent short circuit resistance. Because of the protection of aluminum (or flux weakening steel plate) shell, the temperature rise brought by eddy current or loop current can be effectively reduced, to decrease the temperature of outer shell of busbar, bring down the loss of electric energy, increase carrying capacity and lighten electrodynamic force.

Structure Features:
1. The structure of this product is advanced and the installation and maintenance opening can be set at the upper or lower part of the busbar. In terms of large-current indoor busbar, a ventilation louver is used at the both sides and lower part of the shell, to promote heat dissipation and reduce temperature rise.
2. Double insulation and multi-point earthing of shell reduces the workload of maintenance and raises the safety performance.
3. The installation is easy. The adjustment can be operated both horizontally and vertically, which guarantees the possibility of expansion and contraction upon different temperature drop and heat and cold, and compensates the errors brought by foundation settlement.
4. To solve the negative effect of vibration rising from transformer, motor and power distribution cabinet’s operation, they are linked with the busbar by flexible connection or copper braid. Furthermore, rubber gaskets are inserted under the outer shell to reduce vibration. As to the main body of busbar, a shock absorber is added, to provide elastic support for porcelain insulator and conducting bar, and effectively avoid the damages to busbar because of outer shell vibration and earthquake wave.

High and Low Voltage Busbar System
Busbar system is mainly used for low voltage motive distribution cabinet. The loop of incoming and outgoing lines adopts no-hole electrical installation. The switches are linked to the busbar by busbar adaptor. The distribution busbar is not only a kind of conductor, but also a support of electrical elements.
